How to use:
1) Install the app
2) Launch the app from your home screen
3) Grant access to your camera & bluetooth
4) Select “Software Support” or “Hardware Support”
5) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by your support technician
6) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device
